Each bedroom features an ensuite bath—a highly sought-after convenience for comfortable living. ★ Convenience & Comfort: - Three (3) free assigned parking spaces on-site (first come, first serve). - Sleeping Quarters: - Room A: 1 King Bedroom + Bunk Bed Set - Room B: 2 Queen Beds - Room C: Double Bed + Basement Futon Sleeper Sofa - 3 Full Bathrooms & 1 Half Bath - Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials (pans, dishes, utensils, and complimentary coffee, tea, and cream). - Fast WiFi (100Mbps+) to keep you connected for work or leisure. - 55” Ultra HD 4K TV in the living room and 40" TVs in each bedroom, all with Netflix. - Air conditioning & in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience. ★ Meticulous Cleanliness: Our professional cleaning team prioritizes thorough sanitization between stays, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. ★ Prime Location: - 2.5 miles to Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta – perfect for event-goers! - 0.5 miles to Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center - 4.5 miles to Cobb Galleria Centre - 5 miles to Cumberland Mall Whether you’re visiting for a special event, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, The Boho Lux Townie provides everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable living experience. Other Details to Note
✔ Pets are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Should any guests be found with a pet, they will incur a fine of $150 plus an additional $100 cleaning fee. ✔ Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the townhome. If guests are caught smoking or vaping inside, they will be fined a minimum of $250 or the actual cost of smoke remediation, whichever is higher. Guests are allowed to smoke in the patio provided the doors are fully closed to prevent the smoke from going inside. Also, please avoid dumping tobacco inside any of the indoor trash cans as it can leave an odor there. ✔ An additional fee of $25 per guest per night will be charged for each guest after the second. Guests who were not previously disclosed and stay overnight will be subject to a $50 per person per night fee. ✔ The townhome can only accommodate a maximum of 9 individuals. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the premises unless prior consent is obtained. Any visitors who are granted permission must leave the property by 10pm every day. No parties allowed. ✔ For early check-ins or late check-outs, there will be a $25/hour charge before 4pm (check-in) or after 10am (check-out). ✔ Quiet hours are strictly implemented in the neighborhood from 10pm to 8am. It is important to refrain from playing loud music, talking loudly, or creating any disruptive noises during this period. ✔ Mail or courier services are not available at this place. We recommend guests to arrange for a temporary mailbox at a UPS Store or opt for delivery directly to the local USPS office or FedEx. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any missing mail or packages. ✔ The security doorbell cameras are positioned outside the main door. These devices are not intended for guests' use and we strongly advise against interacting with them. Any attempt to touch or tamper with the security system, including the camera, will activate a building-wide alarm. Such actions will lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without any possibility of a refund.
