This three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home accommodates up to 11 guests and features an inviting “lady lair” in the basement, complete with a BYOB bar and karaoke machine and a hair and make up vanity that makes getting ready for a night out a breeze. Gather your friends for a movie night in the cozy movie room or unleash your inner superstar with a fun karaoke session! Combined Amenities: These two townhomes are right across the parking lot from each other where a total of 19 people can be accommodated. The Boho Lux Townie can sleep 11 people and the House of Blues can sleep 8 people. When you book both homes, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds! With a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 full and 2 half bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The two basements provide diverse entertainment options, ensuring that every guest finds their perfect way to unwind. Both homes are equipped with modern conveniences and stylish furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other Details to Note
✔ Pets are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Should any guests be found with a pet, they will incur a fine of $150 plus an additional $100 cleaning fee. ✔ Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the townhome. If guests are caught smoking or vaping inside, they will be fined a minimum of $250 or the actual cost of smoke remediation, whichever is higher. Guests are advised to go outside or at the parking area instead. ✔ An additional fee of $25 per guest per night will be charged for each guest after the second. Guests who were not previously disclosed and stay overnight will be subject to a $50 per person per night fee. ✔ The townhome can only accommodate a maximum of 9 individuals. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the premises unless prior consent is obtained. Any visitors who are granted permission must leave the property by 10pm every day. ✔ For early check-ins or late check-outs, there will be a $25/hour charge before 4pm (check-in) or after 10am (check-out). ✔ Quiet hours are strictly implemented in the neighborhood from 10pm to 8am. It is important to refrain from playing loud music, talking loudly, or creating any disruptive noises during this period. ✔ Mail or courier services are not available at this place. We recommend guests to arrange for a temporary mailbox at a UPS Store or opt for delivery directly to the local USPS office or FedEx. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any missing mail or packages. ✔ The security doorbell cameras are positioned outside the main door, accompanied by interior panels. These devices are not intended for guests' use and we strongly advise against interacting with them. Any attempt to touch or tamper with the security system, including the cameras and panels, will activate a building-wide alarm. Such actions will lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without any possibility of a refund.
