★ This apartment is on the 2nd floor: you'll need to take a flight of stairs with 17 steps since the property has no elevators. ★ There are eight (8) free parking spaces on-site, and they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability of the slots is not guaranteed and tends to get filled towards the night. If these are occupied, additional parking is available at the library parking lot in close proximity to the property. ★ Inclusions: → 3 king beds → 55” ultra HD 4K TV in the living room and 40" in the bedrooms, all with Netflix & YouTube TV → Fast WiFi (500Mbps+) → Air conditioning → Washer and dryer → Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, salt+pepper, coffee, tea, & creamer ★ The apartment has comfortable furnishings and a large fenced-in backyard. ★ CLEANLINESS is a high priority! House Rules
★ Pets are strictly NOT allowed. Guests will be fined $150 + $100 cleaning fee if seen with a pet. ★ To know how to prepare or pack your baggage, be advised that there are no elevators in the complex. You will need to take the stairs going to the apartment. ★ The neighborhood enforces quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises allowed during the quiet hours. Please be respectful at all times of the other residents who are your neighbors. ★ Smoking is strictly NOT allowed inside or outside the apartment, the balcony, and within 25 ft of the property. Guests will be fined at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation (whichever is higher) when seen smoking anywhere in the areas mentioned. You may proceed to the area below the complex where picnic tables are placed or to the parking area. ★ The maximum number of occupants is 6 at all times. Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent. Any approved visitors must vacate the property by 10pm each day. ★ For early check-ins or late check-outs, there will be a charge of $25/hour before 4pm (check-in) or after 11am (check-out). ★ This location is unable to support mail or courier services. We would suggest that guests set up a temporary mailbox at either a UPS Store location or have mail/packages delivered directly to the local USPS office or via Fedex, as we will not be held responsible for mail/packages that go missing. ★ Security doorbell cameras are installed outside the door of each apartment, and there are panels found inside. Both are not for guests' use. We strongly discourage you from touching it as it will trigger an alarm that will go off in the building . Tampering with the security system (camera &/or panel) in any way will result in cancellation of reservation without a refund. We do hope we have made this extremely clear to avoid any complaints and future damage fees.
