★ This apartment is on the 2nd floor: you'll need to take a flight of stairs with 17 steps since the property has no elevators. ★ There are eight (8) free parking spaces on-site, and they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability of the slots is not guaranteed and tends to get filled towards the night. House Rules

Here are very important HOUSE RULES that are STRICTLY ENFORCED throughout a guest's stay: ★ Pets are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Should any guests be found with a pet, they will incur a fine of $150 plus an additional $100 cleaning fee. ★ There are no elevators in the building. You will be required to use the stairs when accessing the apartment. ★ Quiet hours are strictly implemented in the neighborhood from 10pm to 8am. It is important to refrain from playing loud music, talking loudly, or creating any disruptive noises during this period. ★ Strictly NO SMOKING inside or outside the apartment, on the balcony, or within a 25-foot radius of the property. If guests are caught smoking in any of these areas, they will be fined a minimum of $250 or the actual cost of smoke remediation, whichever is higher. Guests are advised to use the designated picnic table below the complex or the parking area instead. ★ The apartment can only accommodate a maximum of 6 individuals. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the premises unless prior consent is obtained. Any visitors who are granted permission must leave the property by 10pm every day. ★ An additional fee of $25 per guest per night will be charged for each guest after the second. Guests who were not previously disclosed and stay overnight will be subject to a $50 per person per night fee. ★ For early check-ins or late check-outs, there will be a $25/hour charge before 4pm (check-in) or after 11am (check-out). ★ Mail or courier services are not available at this place. We recommend guests to arrange for a temporary mailbox at a UPS Store or opt for delivery directly to the local USPS office or FedEx. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any missing mail or packages. ★ The security doorbell cameras are positioned outside every apartment's door, accompanied by interior panels. These devices are not intended for guests' use and we strongly advise against interacting with them. Any attempt to touch or tamper with the security system, including the cameras and panels, will activate a building-wide alarm. Such actions will lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without any possibility of a refund. We sincerely hope that we have effectively communicated this to avoid any complaints and potential charges for damages in the future.

Shakira's place was in a great location, close to water with great dining options very nice quiet neighborhood. The place is actually better in person, very clean and beautifully decorated but what stood out the most was her responsiveness and accommodating nature. I will definitely book again , simply a wonderful place.

This place was pretty perfect !! 3 King size beds that were very comfy ! This place was very clean and had everything we needed ! Kitchen , living area 3 big beds 2 bath laundry room desk and I nice covered area outside with picnic tables . Location was wonderful! The host was on top of her game , she didn’t miss a beat ! This place was 5 stars all the way !
